Visiting Care provides support as and when you need it in your own home. With help from as little as 30 minutes a week to several visits a day. We can create a care plan for you, based on your needs, requirements and schedule.
We are fully licenced and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), therefore we are dedicated to delivering quality Home Care you can trust.
Our CQC Registered Care Manager has over 20 years of experience in the industry and all of our carers are fully trained and certified to the highest possible standard.
Our Care Quality Commission (CQC) Registered Care Manager has over 20 years of experience in Domiciliary Care, so you can rest assured that you are in good hands. We handpick each of our carers based on their experience to ensure that you are receiving the best care possible. They also have to undergo our extensive training and therefore, are fully certified and DBS checked for your peace of mind.
Our Domiciliary Care Service helps to provide assistance and support to adults of all ages from 18 years upwards, to enable them to live the independent life they want to live.
We will work with you to develop a bespoke care plan that is based on your needs and requirements. We will also help to match you with a fully certified carer, whose experience and demeanour not only cater to your needs but also your personality.
We offer you the ability to be able to easily keep track of your loved ones care using the openPASS mobile app.
The openPASS app allows you to see the completed care notes once a visit has been completed; so you can check the quality of care that has been delivered.
The app also details the care plan for you to review, along with the specific tasks and visits.
It also allows you to quickly and easily communicate with us via a built-in messenger. Not to mention, you can also view the upcoming visits and when they have been scheduled.
Churchill offers a full range of Domiciliary Care Services to suit you, whether it’s just to pop in once a week to help with the cleaning, to full Live-In Care for more complex conditions.
Our Visiting Care Service is perfect for those who may just need a little support during the day such as help with preparing meals, the shopping and cleaning. Assistance to get up and about in the morning, or support with medications and personal care.
For those with more complex conditions who require continuing support throughout the day, and even the night, then our Live-In Care Service is a fantastic alternative to residential care and comes at a fraction of the cost, with the benefit of being able to remain at home.
If you require temporary care as opposed to long term care, then our Respite Care Service is right for you. Respite Care provides short term, temporary care which is often useful for those returning home from the hospital or recovering from an injury that require short term care. It is also useful for instances where you are already receiving home care, but your usual caregiver is unavailable.
So no matter how much help you need, or how complex your condition may be, we can help you to continue living life on your own terms, in the comfort and safety of your own home.
No two people are the same, and therefore no two care plans should be the same. Whether it’s for Visiting Care or Live-In Care, we’ll work with you to collect information on your needs, requirements and preferences to tailor a bespoke care plan and determine the type of care needed.
